AI Ghostwriter, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Happy Relationship mobile application ("Happy Wife"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.
Activity Data: The app stores your daily activity checklist selections, mood reactions, and day history locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device except when sent to our AI service for generating insights (see below).
Location Data: With your permission, the app accesses your approximate location to suggest nearby restaurants, parks, and activities. Location data is used only in the moment to perform local searches via Apple MapKit and is not stored or transmitted to any server.
AI Insights: To provide personalized suggestions, the app sends anonymized activity statistics (item names, thumbs up/down counts, day-of-week patterns) to Anthropic's Claude AI service via a secure proxy. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests. The data is not stored by the AI service after processing.
Purchase Information: If you subscribe, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment or billing information.
All your activity data, checklist items, mood history, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers that store your personal data. If you delete the app, all local data is permanently removed.
Anthropic (Claude AI): We use Anthropic's Claude AI service to generate daily insights and activity suggestions. Only anonymized activity statistics are sent. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy.
Apple MapKit: Location searches are performed using Apple's MapKit framework. Apple's privacy policy applies to location data processing.
Apple StoreKit: Subscription management and payment processing are handled by Apple. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. The only data transmitted from your device is anonymized activity statistics sent to the AI service for generating insights.
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can delete all your data at any time by using the "Reset All" button within the app, or by deleting the app from your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app or on this page with an updated effective date.
