By downloading or using the Happy Relationship ("Happy Wife") mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Happy Relationship offers a 7-day free trial period. After the trial, a monthly subscription of $1.99 USD is required to continue using the app. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
The app is designed to help you track daily activities and understand patterns in your relationship. It is intended for entertainment and personal use. It is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling or therapy.
The app uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to generate insights, suggestions, and activity ideas. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated suggestions.
All content, design, and functionality of the app are the property of AI Ghostwriter, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to relationship outcomes based on app suggestions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violation of these terms.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
