These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tales 4 Tots mobile application ("App") operated by AI Ghost Writer LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Tales 4 Tots generates personalized stories and audio narration using artificial intelligence. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly perform the generated content for commercial purposes.
Free Trial: The App provides 10 minutes of free audio generation. No payment is required for the free trial.
Monthly Subscription: After the free trial, a monthly subscription ($4.99/month) provides 60 minutes of audio generation per billing period. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Add-On Packs: Additional minutes can be purchased as consumable add-on packs ($2.99 for 40 minutes).
Payment: All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account. Manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings.
Stories and audio are generated by AI based on your inputs. We do not guarantee that generated content will be free of errors or suitable for all audiences. Generated content is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing content before sharing it.
The App, its design, and its underlying technology are owned by AI Ghost Writer LLC. Stories generated through the App are yours to keep and share for personal use.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Ghost Writer LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
